LYRIS EASE OF USE

DESCRIPTION
Net Atlantic was/is a licensed reseller of the Lyris ListManager email marketing platform. But unfortunately, the web application the company was selling custom solutions for was a bit of a bear for the layperson to understand. Efforts were then made to make the web app more user-friendly, employing task flow wizards and such to identify the critical paths and workflows the average user would need to follow in order to get their tasks done. These “ease of use” efforts led to the simplifying of the application’s primary processes (as defined by client use) and improving the signal-to-noise ratio in the application’s overall user experience.
