DESCRIPTION
In a bid to encourage shared knowledge, de-silo specialized information and training, as well as to better equip staff when it came to supporting custom email template clients and troubleshoot internal issues with our very own communications, I put together and ran a crash course on how to write and interpret HTML. The course was attended by members of Customer Support, Marketing as well as IT. This effort helped bolster the company’s overall skillbase and decrease internal bottlenecks when it came to support triage/escalation.
