STRONGMAIL STARTNOW

DESCRIPTION
Net Atlantic was/is a licensed reseller of the StrongMail (now StrongView) Transactional Email platform. But, like Lyris ListManager, the web application was difficult for the typical Net Atlantic end-user to grasp. In an effort that echoed Net Atlantic’s previous endeavor to make a more lightweight Lyris user experience, StrongMail saw a similar treatment. The web app was made to have a more user-friendly quick-start guided experience installed on top of its interface, simplifying its overall process, surfacing critical workflows and improving its general user experience.

What’s particularly validating about this experience was that StrongMail, itself, would wind up incorporating elements of the StartNow wizard user experience we had devised into its own core application.
