Initially tasked with drafting a guide to be used internally that documents the steps necessary for creating an HTML email template from scratch, this write-up eventually turned into an asset that performed double… well, triple duty for Net Atlantic. In addition to the aforementioned, the Customer Support department would offer the document to clients to empower them to address their own issues with email template building and the Sales department would offer the doc to prospects as a value-add and an incentive to hire the company.

It was a win-win-win.
